About the Role
You will:
- Design & Formatting: Support the development and formatting of visual and graphic assets for presentations, reports, social media, and digital communications materials.
- Visual Storytelling: Assist in translating technical and strategic concepts into clear and visually engaging graphics and layouts.
- Presentation Support: Support infographic development, presentation enhancement, and content formatting tasks across PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Google Slides, and related platforms.
- Brand & Assets: Support the organization and maintenance of design files, templates, and visual asset libraries.
- AI-Powered Workflows: Utilize AI-powered tools to support visual ideation, creative exploration, and content generation workflows.
- Multimedia Assistance: Assist with basic multimedia and video editing requirements for digital content and communications.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to implement feedback and support timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Who We’re Looking For
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Software Familiarity: Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro), and skilled in both Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Slides, Docs).
- Added Advantage: Arabic language proficiency, familiarity with AI creative tools, basic copywriting skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Core Skills: Strong willingness to learn, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward collaborative work.
- Work Ethic: Excellent coordination skills, task ownership, and the ability to work effectively within structured review and approval workflows.
