About the Role
You will:
- Planning & Coordination: Support the Project team in planning timelines, deliverables, and milestones, while coordinating activities and dependencies across workstreams.
- Workflow Management: Oversee daily project operations and resource allocation, ensuring efficient delivery and timely escalation of bottlenecks.
- Quality & Compliance: Apply best practices, templates, and quality control processes while ensuring adherence to data governance and reporting standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication across internal teams, clients, and partners, preparing meeting minutes, progress reports, and briefing notes for leadership.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance metrics to monitor progress, consolidate outcomes, and capture lessons learned.
- Risk Management: Identify and document risks, issues, and dependencies, working with the Project Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
- Activities Logistics: Plan and execute workshops and working sessions, managing venue, materials, participant communication, and onsite coordination.
- Database Management: Contribute to knowledge repositories, process documentation, and toolkits, and support onboarding of new team members.
Who We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles, preferably within large-scale projects, government initiatives, or similar environments.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is a must.
- Software Expertise: Proficiency in office tools (docs, sheets, and slides), project management and productivity tools.
- Added Advantage: Certifications or accreditations in Project Management, and in-depth knowledge of the Qatar market across both public and private sectors.
- Core Skills: Strong coordination, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Work Ethic: Proactive ownership of tasks, ability to manage competing priorities, and effectiveness within structured review and reporting workflows.
Duration: 6 months (renewable) | Full-Time | Onsite — Doha, Qatar
