Head of Curation
We are seeking experienced professionals in the energy field for a major tendering opportunity with a leading oil and gas client in Qatar. The roles relate to technical research, exhibition development, and operational support.

Role Purpose:
To lead the overall curatorial vision and narrative architecture across exhibitions and observatories, ensuring coherence, accuracy, and alignment with the client’s strategic objectives. To lead the development and execution of curatorial strategies, ensuring thematic consistency and engaging visitor experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the overarching storytelling framework across all physical and digital spaces.
- Supervise content structuring, interpretive strategy, and thematic alignment.
- Ensure differentiation between VIP, educational, and public visitor journeys.
- Coordinate with historians, researchers, designers, and technical experts.
- Oversee content quality control and approval readiness prior to submission.
- Support executive presentations at the end of each project phase.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 12+ years in museum, exhibition, or interpretive environment development.
- Proven experience managing multi-site or large-scale exhibitions.
- Strong understanding of visitor experience design and narrative architecture.
