We are seeking experienced professionals in the energy field for a major tendering opportunity with a leading oil and gas client in Qatar. The roles relate to technical research, exhibition development, and operational support.

Job Purpose:

To guide visitors through exhibition spaces and observatories, delivering engaging, informative, and well-structured tours that enhance understanding, promote positive engagement, and ensure a high-quality visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours for VIP guests, schools, corporate visitors, and general audiences.
• Provide clear explanations of exhibit content, interactive displays, and key thematic elements.
• Assist visitors in navigating interactive components and educational activities.
• Respond to visitor inquiries accurately and professionally.
• Ensure adherence to visitor capacity limits and safety guidelines during tours.
• Support crowd management and maintain orderly visitor flow.
• Report technical issues, safety concerns, or visitor feedback to the Site Manager.
• Uphold professional conduct and represent the project positively at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, tourism, or related field preferred.
• Experience in guiding, customer service, museum/exhibition environments, or public engagement roles.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) preferred.
