To ensure every visitor has a meaningful and productive journey, the entire experience is built around two complementary activations — the AI Maturity Assessment and the Automation Lab — guiding participants through real-world AI readiness and use-case development.

AI Maturity Assessment A structured evaluation that measures your organisation’s AI maturity across key dimensions, generates a clear maturity level, and delivers a personalised AI roadmap — providing the strategic foundation for what comes next.

Automation Lab An immersive, facilitator-led experience that takes participants through a structured three-phase journey:

Learn

Participants are introduced to automation and AI-powered workflows. Through a short video, visual demo, or guided explanation, they discover what automation truly means beyond the buzzwords, explore real examples of tasks that can be automated, and understand the productivity impact on daily operations.

Experiment

Visitors actively explore automation tools with the guidance of an AI Crafters mentor. They participate in building or triggering a simple workflow, see immediate results, and build confidence through direct hands-on interaction.

Craft

The experience culminates in full personalisation. Each participant brainstorms a real automation idea tailored to their own work or business challenges. AI Crafters then builds that automation workflow after the event and delivers it directly via email — along with an Automation Handbook of practical guidance, examples, and best practices.

Together, these experiences deliver a high-impact activation that makes AI tangible, actionable, and directly relevant to your business — in just a few minutes.

AI Corner is designed to provide a welcoming experience for any visitor, regardless of their existing understanding of AI. Participants aren’t expected to have prior experience or undertake any preparation before their visit – the space is designed for visitors to get hands-on with the latest technologies and tools from arrival, and learn as they explore, improving engagement and knowledge retention.

Guided experience

While the AI Corner space is intended to give participants freedom to explore and interact at their own pace, there are always trained experts on hand – our Crafter Pros – to provide guidance or support where needed. This helps ensure that everyone using the space derives genuine value from their visit, whether they spend several hours or just a few minutes with us.

Modular design

The AI Corner can be configured in a number of ways to suit the space it’s deployed in – all that’s required is around 16 to 25 square metres of floor space, with power and internet connectivity available. This modular design means that AI Corner works equally well at a large-scale event or in smaller corporate premises, with setup and installation taking only two weeks.

Participants will have access to a curated selection of leading generative AI platforms covering various use cases. This typically includes tools for text generation and analysis, advanced image and art creation, and even music or code generation. We ensure the software is user-friendly and showcases the most impactful and relevant AI capabilities available today.

As the host, your only responsibilities are to provide a suitable indoor space of 16-25 square meters, a standard power supply, and an internet connection. Our team handles everything else, including the delivery and installation of all hardware, software, and physical structures. The entire experience is a turnkey solution, staffed by our expert Crafter Pros, allowing you to focus on your event.

The core experience is designed to be impactful in as little as 30-45 minutes, allowing many people to cycle through at a busy event. However, the modular design also encourages deeper dives for those who have more time to explore and create – for example, at an on-site deployment on company premises. Our on-site Crafter Pros are trained to manage visitor flow and ensure everyone has a valuable experience.

Yes, we can customise the ‘Craft’ phase to align with your specific goals. Before deployment, we can consult with you to develop project prompts that are relevant to your industry or a particular theme of your event. For example, participants could be guided to draft a marketing brief, analyse sample business data, or design a product concept, making the experience directly applicable to their professional roles.
