In December 2025, Ibtechar signed a strategic agreement with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) in Qatar to develop and implement programmes for the next phase of the Digital Incubation Center (DIC). The collaboration – supported by startup accelerator AlchemistX and innovation consultants Innovation Foundry – will fast-track innovation and support entrepreneurs and startups, advancing progress on Qatar National Vision 2030 and the Digital Agenda 2030.

Eng. Nayef Al-Ibrahim, CEO and Co-Founder of Ibtechar, commented on the signing, stating, “This partnership marks a pivotal milestone in Ibtechar’s journey, bringing our specialised expertise in designing, developing, and delivering entrepreneurial programmes and innovation-driven initiatives to support the startups within the Digital Incubation Center.
