About the Role
This role focuses on execution excellence, compliance, data accuracy, and analysis. You will work closely with internal and external teams, partners, and experts to gather input and translate them into well-structured, client-ready proposals that support the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity & Pipeline Support
- Assist in tracking and documenting all opportunities across portals and client communications.
- Maintain proposal and historical records of past submissions.
- Prepare draft client and opportunity briefing documents as per line manager guidance.
- Update Data Management file and internal trackers with opportunity status and documentation.
- Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct and support in the market research based online manager guidance.
- Support in the analysis of historical proposal data and prepare summary insights for the line manager.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and subject matter experts in proposal writing and solutions.
- Support in identifying project-related partners, experts, and vendors required for each opportunity.
- Proposal Development & Submission
- Preparation, drafting, formatting, and compilation of proposals.
- Ensure all proposals are structured, compliant, and submission ready.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations) and graphic designers to produce professional, client-ready proposals.
- Prepare proposals budget based on guidance provided by the Line Manager and coordinate the collection of quotations from vendors.
- Administration
- Manage supplier registrations and company profiles on client portals.
- Ensure company legal documents, licenses, and certificates are updated and available for submissions.
- Assist in the development of presentations and other materials to support business development efforts.
- Support company client communication (email/phone) when instructed.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience & Requirements:
- Based in Qatar with bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Proposal Management, or a related field.
