Exhibit Design Development Specialist
We are seeking experienced professionals in the energy field for a major tendering opportunity with a leading oil and gas client in Qatar. The roles relate to technical research, exhibition development, and operational support.

Role Purpose:
To conceptualize, design, and develop engaging exhibition environments that effectively communicate project themes while creating immersive, interactive, and audience-centered visitor experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with curatorial, research, content, and design teams to translate project objectives into spatial and experiential exhibit concepts.
- Develop detailed exhibit design proposals including layouts, material selection, interactive components, and accessibility considerations.
- Ensure alignment of exhibit concepts with thematic narratives, visitor journey sequencing, and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee fabrication, prototyping, and installation processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and approved specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, technical suppliers, and site managers during implementation.
- Integrate innovative technologies and interactive elements to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budget parameters.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of exhibition components.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in exhibition design, experiential environments, or museum development.
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site or large-scale exhibition projects.
- Proficiency in design visualization tools and spatial planning software.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and material applications.
