About the Role
You will:
- Design & Formatting: Create and prepare visual assets for various channels, including digital content, reports, presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, MS Word), and publications.
- Bilingual Publication: Develop layouts, typography, and ensure the quality and accuracy of bilingual (Arabic–English) publications.
- Visual Storytelling: Help convert complex technical content into engaging visuals suitable for project communications and social media.
- Brand Guardian: Strictly maintain brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines, templates, and visual libraries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Design and Communications Analyst for material review, approval, and finalization.
- Ad-hoc Support: Assist with various design tasks, such as documentation, campaign assets, and other project materials as needed.
Who We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within consultancy, corporate, or government settings.
- Software Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and skilled in both Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Slides, Docs).
- Language: Strong working proficiency and fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Core Skills: A solid foundation in layout design, publication design, and typography, paired with strong attention to detail and a capability for fast turnarounds under tight deadlines.
- Work Ethic: Excellent coordination skills, task ownership, and the ability to work effectively within structured review and approval workflows.
