Job Summary

The Incubation Specialist is responsible for carrying out incubation and acceleration activities based on the program’s established framework and priorities. The role works closely with early-stage digital startups, helping founders clarify their direction, solve practical challenges, and progress toward agreed milestones through structured guidance and regular check-ins.

The Specialist coordinates access to the resources assigned to each startup—such as funding pathways, mentors, workspace, and regulatory information—and supports relationship-building with investors, industry experts, corporates, and government entities to create relevant opportunities for the participating teams.

In addition to supporting day-to-day program activities, the Specialist prepares progress updates, maintains accurate documentation, and reports regularly to the Project Manager. The role also handles ad hoc tasks related to program delivery, including workshop coordination, event logistics, and stakeholder communication. Through this hands-on execution, the Incubation Specialist contributes to an environment where startups can grow, collaborate, and advance their digital solutions.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of incubation and acceleration programs for early-stage digital startups.
  • Work closely with founders through regular check-ins, guidance, and milestone tracking
  • Coordinate access to key resources such as mentors, workspace, funding pathways, and regulatory information.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, events, mentoring sessions, and ecosystem engagements.
  • Build relationships with investors, corporate partners, and government entities to enable opportunities for startups.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and prepare regular progress updates for the Project Manager.
  • Contribute to a strong community culture within the incubation center by encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Advanced Degree (Optional): A Master’s degree in Business, Innovation, or a relevant discipline is an advantage.

Professional Experience:

  • Startup Incubation and Acceleration
  • Startup Ecosystem Engagement
  • Program Management & Operations

Certifications (Optional):

  • Entrepreneurship or Innovation Certifications:
    • Certifications in entrepreneurship, innovation management, or startup incubation programs are considered a plus.
