IT Optimization & Integration
Ibtechar is pleased to invite qualified vendors to participate in our IT Optimisation & Integration project through a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Private IT Services. This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency, integration, and sustainability of our digital ecosystem as we advance our transformation journey.
Project Scope
- Assessment & Strategy: Evaluate current operations, identify gaps, and define a digital strategy.
- Implementation & Integration: Deploy required systems, optimise infrastructure, and deliver comprehensive training for all staff and consultants.
- Ongoing Support & Optimisation: Provide continuous support, monitoring, maintenance, and onboarding for new users.
Proposal Requirements
- Company profile & relevant experience
- Case studies (CRM, ERP, platform integration, process optimisation, training)
- Proposed methodology for each scope listed above
- Itemised cost breakdown per scope
- Timeline with milestones and deliverables
