Mission of the role
Drive the strategic marketing and communication of the Jothoor Alarabiya Arabic learning program to maximize visibility, engagement, and learner acquisition. Ensure all messaging reinforces the program’s educational mission and brand identity, while building its reputation as a trusted and innovative solution in Arabic language education.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute marketing and communication strategies that promote our mission.
- Create compelling content—from social media posts and newsletters to reports and presentations—that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Manage our digital channels, including social media platforms, ensuring our messaging is consistent and on-brand.
- Support and promote events, from planning and branding to post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-quality materials on time.
- Analyze performance data (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and use insights to refine our approach.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing or communications.
- Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, campaign execution, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with educational products or the Qatari communication landscape is a plus
