Project Manager
Ibtechar is looking for an experienced, delivery-focused Project Manager to lead an 18-month innovation programme for a government client in Qatar, from building the innovation framework through to designing and implementing ecosystem and innovation programmes.

About the Role
You will:
- Programme Leadership: Lead day-to-day delivery across all three programme phases and act as the client’s main point of contact.
- Multi-Firm Teams: Coordinate a multi-firm consortium team and keep delivery aligned with scope, timeline and quality.
- Governance & Reporting: Run the project control office, including planning, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance and reporting.
- Bilingual Engagement: Lead stakeholder engagement and senior meetings in both Arabic and English.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 15 years of public-sector innovation and transformation experience.
- Track Record: At least two public-sector innovation projects managed, with verifiable client, dates and scope.
- Languages: Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English, with the ability to lead senior meetings in both.
- Project Management: Strong command of PMI-aligned project planning, scheduling and control. PMP or PgMP certification is a plus.
- Added Advantage: Experience with stage-gate, idea management, incubation or acceleration programmes, or with ISO 56001/56002, is a strong advantage.
