Site Manager
We are seeking experienced professionals in the energy field for a major tendering opportunity with a leading oil and gas client in Qatar. The roles relate to technical research, exhibition development, and operational support.

Job Purpose:
To manage on-site operations across the Solar Observatories and HQ Exhibition locations, ensuring operational continuity, visitor experience excellence, compliance with safety standards, and overall facility functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day on-site operations and supervise operational staff across assigned locations.
- Ensure smooth visitor flow and adherence to approved capacity planning limits.
- Oversee daily maintenance activities, exhibit functionality checks, and facility readiness.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols in coordination with HSE requirements and site regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and technical teams during installation, upgrades, or corrective maintenance.
- Address operational issues promptly and escalate critical matters in accordance with project governance procedures.
- Maintain operational logs, incident reports, and corrective action tracking.
- Support reporting requirements and participate in phase-end review sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in site operations, exhibition management, facility management, or similar environments.
- Experience managing public-facing facilities with structured visitor flow.
- Strong understanding of operational safety and compliance standards.
